In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background, your reasons for seeking therapy, and your goals for the process. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Together, we’ll discuss what feels right for you and periodically reassess your progress to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.

Online therapy allows us to connect through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, so you can access support from the comfort of your home or another private space. Before each session, you’ll receive a link to join our virtual meeting. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Online therapy works much like in-person sessions—providing a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It’s a flexible option for those who prefer or need the convenience of virtual support.
